Mô tả công việc

Admin

• Receives visitors and directs visitors to appropriate office or waiting area

• Receives and logs all document received from outside sources

• Prepares and checks all document for dispatch and logs the same

• Answers incoming calls and connects them to called parties

• Provides routine office support such as typing and sending correspondence and reports, arranging appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining files or records as required

• Secretarial support including typing, photocopying, arranges appointments/meetings, and travel arrangements

• Visa arrangement for staff

• Assists in administrative support matters from time to time as may be assigned

• Take responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving the process compliance of each corresponding department

• Deploy Healthcare Check-up Programs

• Apply or renew Passports for Locals

• Birthday List (also prepare Monthly Birthday List)

• Support activities: Happy Hour, Team Building, Company trip…., with Marketing Executive

HR

• Assist HR & Admin Manager in developing Benefits Programs

• Set up Personal Files for Newcomers

• Prepare & control Leave Records for Associates

• Prepare Leave Statistic Reports (in early Jul & late Dec)

• Update Data & provide Data at request:

• Associate Database (Newcomers, Photos, Data Change, etc.)

• Referral Bonus List

• Probation-end Reminder List

• Labor Contract Signing List

• Public Holidays List

• Renew Labor Contracts with Associates

• Handle Medical Insurance for Expats

• Handle Termination Compensations for Leavers following Termination procedures

• Handle Health Insurance for Locals

• Create Health Insurance Cards

• Delivery them to employees

• Handle Social Insurance for Locals

• Update the Company Org chart

• Update employees’ CV in standard format

• Make Payroll on monthly

• Take responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving the process compliance of each corresponding department

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • A good understanding of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  •  At least 2 year experience in a similar position
  • A negotiator with dynamic, capable and positive characteristics
  • A proficient English communicator with the ability to work under high pressure and build up good internal and external relationships
  • Capable of English writing and listening skills which is equivalent to TOEIC 500 score
