Mô tả công việc

1. HR Operation (40%)

  • Provide HR services to a Logistic/ Investment company on applicable policies, practices, and procedures (40%)
  • Counsel on corporate policy for individuals/ departments
  • Ensure smooth on/offboarding, transfer processes and relevant task
  • Gather data and initiate reports as requested
  • Counsel management on any changes in local regulations or company regulations that could impact on business
  • Supports the Manager in developing and delivering HR initiatives
  • Support training and development activities
  • Corporate with Group HR Division to implement HR strategy within the P&L

2. Recruitment (30%)

  • Implement effective recruitment and practice, policy and procedures to support the development of business
  • Place advertisements on internal and external channels and conduct initial screening of CVs and conduct initial interviews (phone or face-2-face)
  • Ensure that all job descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate.
  • Ensure all new employees onboarding completed, filed and entered into the system; to include newcomer preparations’ checklist, offer letters and contracts for all newcomers mainly working at Office
  • Manage the administration of all recruitment records, ensuring that these are complete, accurate and up-to-date.

3. Employee Relation/Talent Engagement activities (10%)

  • Supports activities that focus on enhancing organizational performance, promoting diversity, developing a committed workforce and building organizational capability that directly impacts business strategy,
  • Resolves employee relations issues and addresses grievances
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

4. Admin and other tasks (20%)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in HR & hands-on experience in HRBP respectively.
  • Have business acumen and good applied knowledge of all HR aspects in order to provide professional counsel and services to BODs and departments
  • Experienced in Logistics or Investment companies is a plus
  • Able to creatively find new solutions to address problems and provide internal consulting HR services
