We are looking for a potential candidate who will:

1. HR Operation (60%)

  • Provide HR services to the company on applicable policies, practices, and procedures (40%)
  • Counsel on corporate policy for individuals/ departments
  • Ensure smooth on/off boarding, transfer processes and relevant task
  • Gather data and initiate reports as requested
  • Counsel management on any changes in local regulations or company regulations that could impact on business
  • Supports the Manager in developing and delivering HR initiatives
  • Support training and development activities

2. Employee Relation/Talent Engagement activities (20%)

  • Supports activities that focus on enhancing organizational performance, promoting diversity, developing a committed workforce and building organizational capability that directly impact business strategy,
  • Resolves employee relations issues and addresses grievances
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

3. Admin and other tasks (20%)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in HR & hand-on experience in HRBP respectively.
  • Have business acumen and good applied knowledge of all HR aspects in order to provide professional counsel and services to BODs and departments
  • Able to creatively find new solutions to address problems and provide internal consulting HR services
