- Manage the payroll calculation (includes attendance, leaves, overtimes).
- Manage the legal benefit related to insurance (Social insurance, Health insurance, Un-employed insurance); monthly report & support employee all issues regarding to legal insurance.
- Manage the process of personal income tax (PIT) in monthly report, quarterly report. Deal with Finance & Accountant team about this task.
- Working with other line managers to update and work with Incentives/bonus programs in monthly, quarterly, annually.
- Involve in Motivation system/programs to enhance the employee's retention; recruitment.
- Other ad-hoc tasks be assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 03 years working in HR, Accountant or same function.
- Practical experience to use iBHXH, Tax software; as well as work with these authority offices.
- College Degree in Business Administration, Accountant, HR.
-Good English to work.
- Hard working, Proactive and logicall thinking is a plus.
- Good skills in time management, computer, communication, negotiation.
