Mô tả công việc

Main Purpose: To oversee recruiting, training and analysis to developing benefits packages

Interactions: Hiring managers and BU Heads/Department Steakholders within the organization to support, advise, cooperate, services provider; Talent human resources professional/Services Provider to inspect,consult, service providing

Key accountabilities

- Participate in job fairs and recruiting efforts to identify and educate applicants about job openings; collaborate with departmental managers to understand hiring needs

- Analyze industry data to create payroll structures that accurately reflect an employee’s experience, daily responsibilities and level of management; use benchmarking data to verify that salaries are competitive with what other companies are offering

- Coordinate benefits packages and ensure that employees understand how to use their benefits to eliminate under-utilized resources or misunderstandings

- Create employee betterment resources for continued education and assistance in strengthening core competencies; see that all data is readily accessible to interested participants

- Report and present regularly to executive management and board members to assess how effectively human resource initiatives are enabling organizational objectives

- Plan and execute purposeful engagement activities as well as ad-hoc events per instructions from BUD 

- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field

- Experience: Minimum 3-7 years human resource experience . Candidate working in IT industry is preferabled

- Skills:

+ Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

+ Proficient in the use of social media and job boards

+ Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles

+ High integrity and enthusiasm to better organizational processes and create an optimal work experience for employees

+Demonstrate personal and professional values

- Soft skills

+ Fluently in English both written and verbal communication

+ Good time management, multitasking and effective resource utilization skills

+ Good communication, problem solving , decision making & well-organized
