We are looking for young HR Executive for our IT startup in this high growth rate stage, who can work directly with high-level staff to develop and execute on Seal Commerce’s human resource strategies, to take on something that is especially important and growing with the company: IT Recruitment, internal communications, and corporate culture.

So here are what you'll do as an HR Executive in our startup:
- Mass recruiting in all departments: web developers, marketing, sale, design.
- Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly.
- Scale the team up and manage 30 members in all department as above.
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Develop company culture to maintain employee’s motivation and get new talent acquisition.
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
- Facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Monitor HR department’s budget.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age: 23-30. Gender: Female.
- 1+ year of experience in IT company recruitment (recruiting developers, technical support, sale, etc...)
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude.
- Comfort in a startup environment as we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement.
- Medium to advanced skills in planning, KPI measurement for HR department.
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.
