1. Diligence management: Be in charge of all tasks relating to diligence management such as control the application, import data into the software, time sheet, monthly diligence reports.
- Calculate monthly salary (including temporary staff/ workers), 13th month salary, annual remain paid leave, special bonus if any, severance allowance or other allowances for termination employees.
- Support manager in yearly appraisal and salary adjustment.
3. P.I.T such as register PIT code, family circumstance, control independent of employees, PIT finalization.
4. Labor contract: Prepare and control duration of probation, labor contract to ensure on time and compliance with the labor law, procedure relating to termination.
5. Social Insurance: Calculate and make payment for monthly SMUI contribution; conduct all process relating to sickness, maternity, paternity, accidence at work, unemployment, retirement for employees; update and apply law.
6. Other tasks:
- Training working regulation for new staffs.
- All reports relating to personnel.
- Welfare: Annual heath checking, Company trip, National Independent day, Year End Party, etc.
- Control employee database, ensure the information is fill-in fully and accurately.
- Other assignments as Manager's requirements.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Graduation
- Language: Good command of English.
- At least 03 year-experience in the same position.
- Good communication skill, Good negotiation skill, Creative & proactive mind.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
