HR MTP is a Recruitment program of Topica Edtech Group for Young Talent with the aim to seek and cultivate a young, passionate and talented generation to take over leader position in Human Resouces field in the future and to be along with Topica on the way to complete the mission of dominating Online Education Technology market in Southeast Asia. Be ready for all the challenges as below:

- Have 06 months leading key projects in HR departments

- Take over HR operation and development activites follow HR 4.0 concept

- Lead a team with 3-5 members - innovative ideas, propose new solutions to promote work efficiency.

- Apply AI in Human Reesouces management such as: Recruitment, Interview, Happiness Index Mesuring, Working productivity...

- Upgrade and deploy management systems, talent development for the world's first onlinde education ecosystem which serves the demand of 100M+ E-learning students. Key projects:

1. PROJECT 1: AI application in Human Reesouces management such as: Recruitment, Interview, Happiness Index Mesuring, Working productivity...

2. PROJECT 2: Project of internal and external resources ( international partners, implementation partners) to promote the success of recruitment strategies.

3. PROJECT 3: Research and build human resources power index rada system and human development trend in Southeast Asia

4. PROJECT 4: Oganize capacity evaluation and development potential of personnels. Work with Academy department to buil and deploy Coaching program and improve each person follow Individual Development Plan (IDP)

5. PROJECT 5: Develop strategies and deploy Image development programs, Recruitment Branding Plans

6. PROJECT 6: Apply social listening tools to supervise and develop recruiment branding.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Senior student or fresh graduate, under 24 years old

- Has a strong passion and orientation follow Administration field

- Good in working in team and working independently

- Innovation thinking at work

- Priority plus points:

+ Had time to intern or work at large corporations or technology companies

+ Used to be the leader of the student club, participate in actively or win prizes at big competitions
