1. Policies & Procedures:
- Establish company policies & regulations
- Building & updating organization chart
- Ensure the execution of HR Policies and activities in the respective business in order that operational needs are met to achieve organization business goals.
- Advise and ensure compensation packages are competitive and equitable to improve staff morale and retention for internal equity
2. Recruitment & Assignment:
- Directly in charge for recruitment all position in company, motivate and retain manpower in accordance to growth requirement of manpower plan.
- Take care of activities related to recruitment and selection process including: prepare annual recruitment plan, draft JDs, screen CVs and shortlist potential candidates, interview, negotiate on working condition.
3. L&D organization structure:
- Monitor the probation process and assessment activities.
- Built up and coordinate KPI target & performance evaluation.
- Establish on boarding & off boarding procedure, employee relations, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, and more
- Conduct labor orientation training and implement of performance evaluation.
- Well organized activities such as: celebration, employee of the month, employee of the year, birthday party, party for special events, …
- Organizing training plan and budget, especially for sales staff.
- Concurrently plan and develop required strategic plan within HR scope to strengthen the company HR competencies.
- Observe prescribed standards effectively when handling all forms of staff issues to promote a fair and transparent working environment
- Develop and review incentive schemes to attract and retain good talents
- Ensure staffs are properly inducted and their developmental needs are met to meet operational standards and requirements first impression.
- Oversee the daily operation of full spectrum of HR & Admin functions in food trading industry
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experienced 5- 8 years in the same levels
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Strong experience in recruitment, prefer in food industry
- Confident and dynamic personality.
- Strong creative outlook.
- Good in Management skill, teamwork skill.
