1. Develop and implement a human resource strategy in accordance with the overall business strategy in each stage of the company's development.
2. Develop and manage the recruitment process, supervise candidate selection.
3. Evaluation of training needs to implement and monitor training programs.
4. Support business needs through engaging in the development and retaining of employees.
5. Supervise and manage the staff evaluation system, reward, and punishment.
6. Build and develop salary system, benefits, welfare policy, workflow.
7. Handle the necessary procedures for the foreigner (work permit, visa, temporary, ...)
8. Develop and manage salary and bonus plans, remuneration, and benefits for employees.
9. Managing and building corporate culture.
10. Reporting to management and assisting with decision-making through personnel metrics.
11. Ensure compliance with the law in human resource management activities.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Gender: Female/ Male
2. Age: unlimited
3. Degrees: Graduated in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
4. Experience more than 2 years in the position of Manager/Leader of Human Resources or equivalent.
5. Having experience working with people, grasping psychology, human behavior is an advantage.
6. Skills of listening, understanding, negotiating and persuading.
7. Good presentation skills.
8. Ability to work in groups, working with individuals well.
9. In-depth knowledge of labor law and practical experience applicable to good human resource management.
