Mô tả công việc

- Implement all tasks of Recruitment including planning, post jobs, interviewing… for all positions of the company.

- Getting the training requirements from all departments and set up the training courses; review and evaluate all training programs.

- Implement the probation appraisal and the annual evaluation of employee’s performance

- Join to build up the HR policies, HR survey.

- Join to organize events, teambuildings activities

- Make the reports to HR manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- BA degree of human resources management; law or relevant qualification.

- Have good knowledge and skills in recruitment, training, appraisal. Experience in HR for logistics/forwarding field will be priority.

- English: TOEIC 650 or equivalent level.

- Computer: Microsoft offices, Power point, Email, Social networks, Job networks.

- Have good social and culture knowledge; Good communication is required
