- Understanding the recruitment needs of departments in the Company.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paper work for new hires.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
- Carries out the assessment process of employee whose the training/probation contract come to an end (2 times/month).
- Support HR Deputy Manager to update training materials (Company introduction, orientation,...)
- Other works assigned by HR Deputy Manager.
- Work location: San Lim An Phuoc (An Phuoc IZ, Long Thanh Commune, Dong Nai Province)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate College or above
- 01 – 02 years’ proven work experience in Recruitment;
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
