1. Build, control and manage:

- Organization chart, functions, tasks of Department, job decriptions, HR planning.

- Cost Plan related to salary, benefits and other cost in the department.

- Implementation of process related to human resources.

- The personnel database.

- The working results evaluation system of individuals and collectives.

- Human resource development policies.

- Employee KPI evaluation system according to 3P salary system.

- Employer branding.

- Corporate culture.

- Recruitment databases, candidates, talent.

- Implementation of social insurance, health insurance and accident insurance regimes with employees.

2. Organize and implement:

- Communication of policies, regulations, processes, notifications in the Company.

- Cumulation, transfer, planning, promotion of personnel development, appointment, dismissal, layoff of personnel.

- Emulation, reward, welfare, discipline.

- The recruitment of personnel according to the plan and meet the needs of human resources of the Company.

- Evaluation of the working results, employees’capacity.

3. Supervise:

- Compliance with the Company's Rules, Regulations and Policies.

- The development of internal training roadmaps and E-learning training systems.

- The implementation of labor contracts, monitor the regime with employees.

- The performance of timekeeping, permits, payroll, bonuses and other benefits following the Company's regulation.

4. Receiving and resolving employee complaints, handling labor relationships

5. Perform other tasks when assigned by superiors

- Graduated from University majoring in Law, Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration.

- Experience of at least 7-10 years in the equivalent position, having worked at technology, e-commerce, OTA services is an advantage.

- Honesty, vivaciousness, dynamism, eagerness to learn, responsibility, high pressure tolerance.

- In-depth knowledge of the law relating to workers.

- Ability to present, communicate, persuade well.

- Arrange scientific work and be able to organize the work well.

- Proficient in English and Office Informatics.

- Able to travel domestically and internationally when required.

- Good communication skills, polite, sociable.
