1. Active search and recruitment of difference level
2. Participation in the process of employee adaptation
3. Organizing daily appointments, communications and general work life of the General Director to ensure enhanced effectiveness and efficiency;
4. Nurture a positive working environment, bridge management and employee relations
5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
6. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
8. Support in documentation process: sick leave, vacation balance, time sheets, necessary HR orders, others
9. Monitoring, all personel functions, purchase orders, travel, training, visa arrangements, request for disbursement.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. MA or BSc in Economics Laws or Finance – Banking will be considered an advantage
2. Good at using English (4 skills)
3. Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
4. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
