- Manage all activities of the HR department in the company
- Decide strategies, regulations on performance evaluation, employee rotation.
- Consult on Human Resources: Solutions for personnel selection, training, performance evaluation of employees, restructuring the apparatus and building and developing corporate culture.
- Develop, implement and supervise regulations, regulations, human resource policies, salary, reward and discipline regimes...
- Participate in the recruitment process, hiring new employees, negotiating agreements with employees and handling dismissal and termination issues.
- Work with departments to identify human resource needs, direct the implementation of human resource recruitment solutions according to actual needs
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and compliance with state laws
- Manage expenses and budgets of HR department
- Supervising the daily working process of the department
- Supervise the implementation of salary calculation, employee compensation policy
- Supervise the implementation of insurance operations for employees
- Manage employee records throughout the company
- Manage the company's legal documents.
- Manage the equipment and materials of the company.
- Advice on saving solutions, beautifying the landscape, using property and machinery systems
- Responsible for reporting to the Board of Directors and Board of Directors
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Submit English CV.
- Age: 28-35 years old. Gender: Male/Female
- Experience (years): more than 3 years of experience in the same position
- Basic English communication.
- Management skills.
- Knowledge of labor law, insurance and related regulations and decrees
- Deeply expertise in human resource management
- Leadership, management, supervision and consulting skills
- Skills in synthesizing, analyzing, processing information, making reports;
