Job Focuses on Administration:

• Provide HR-related reports, such as HR cost reports and productivity reports for senior management to review.

• Provide payroll, including rewards and sales commissions.

• Provide legally required documents, such as Labor Contract and others.

• Provide required documents for Market Controller.

• Draft official documents including appointment, notice reward and disciplinary action.

• Implement Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance for employees.

• Draft official documents and correspondences for both internal and external distribution upon request of senior managers.

• Plan Learning and Development program.

• Conduct recruitment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Job requirements:

• Over 2 years experience as an HR Executive.

• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, SHUI and related HR laws, Familiar with the HR system and other related HR systems

• Having experience working with people, having a clear grasp of human psychology and behavior is an advantage.

• Excellent skills of listening, understanding, negotiating and persuading.

• Good presentation skills.

• Ability to work in groups, working with individuals.

• In-depth knowledge of labor law and practical experience applicable to good human resource management
