• Build up HR policies, processes, systems and a positive company culture
• Leading the overall talent attraction strategy for the business
• Lead the Building People Capability cycle including the annual pay review and development plan process
• Build, coach and up-skill the team to deliver best HR services to employee
• Maintain the performance management, assessment of employees, manage C&B activities
• Manage the learning and development of managers and employees, monitor training programs.
• Support management in building a strong corporate culture.
• Ensure legal compliance of policies throughout HR management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Proven working experience as a HR manager or senior HR executive.
• 3+ years' working experience in the human resources field,
• Experience working in finance enterprises is prefered
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, communication and management skills.
• Flexible, driven and an excellent communicator
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• In-depth knowledge of labor law.
