Human Resources Officer (Labour Contract)

The Welfare Officer is expected to achieve the following outcomes for teachers:

1 - PSA Follow-up

2 - Contract Preparation

3 - Contract Sign & Induction

4 - Database Update

5 - Probation Review

6 - Rate Review & Contract Renewal

7 - State Health Insurance

8 - PTI Insurance

9 - Accident Insurance

10 - Report to Authority

1. Experience

- At least 2 years’ experience HR field

- Knowledge and experience in Vietnamese Labor Code, especially having a thorough grasp of Social Insurance Law and policies can we implement them satisfactorily

2. Skills

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English

- Excellent skills of planning and recording

- Execellent skills of work and time management 

3. Others

- Good looking appereance, extremely careful and patient 

- Commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace

- Cleverly communicate with other people

- High and competitive salary package: 9 - 13 mil
