Mô tả công việc

- Manage and operate all activities of the Import and Export Department and take responsibility to the General Director within the scope of work in charge, including:

- Develop a purchase process at home and abroad; process of forwarding and exporting, importing goods.

- Develop and deploy work plans of the department, assign jobs, train employees, manage and monitor work, evaluate employees' work efficiency.

- Develop plans, contact new suppliers, maintain and develop supplier relationships.

- Manage, store import and export records, perform transactions, negotiate, sign contracts with customers and suppliers ...

- Complete procedures, import and export documents such as sale contract, shipping documents, import and export documents, payment procedures, goods delivery procedures.

- Combining with accounting, implementing L/C opening activities, making bank guarantees.

- Receive, check and compare import and export dossiers with actual quantities at border gates during the process of making customs clearance documents.

- Manage and track orders and contracts. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the correct delivery and receipt of goods.

- Searching for new customers, expanding import and export markets according to the company's strategy.

- Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Graduated from university/graduate school of Economics/Foreign Trade and Commerce.

- Language proficiency: English communication, good negotiation.

- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet and software for customs declaration, C/O ...

- Have experience working in the equivalent position from 5 years or more, experience priority in the agricultural industry.

- Have a good relationship with the Customs.

- Management skills.
