Import And Export Specialist

- Complete procedures, import and export documents such as sale contract, shipping documents, import and export documents, payment procedures, goods delivery procedures.

- Coordinate cargo pick up/transfer. Monitor status.

- Combining with accounting, implementing L/C opening activities, making bank guarantees.

- Receive, check and compare import and export dossiers with actual quantities at border gates during the process of making customs clearance documents.

- Manage and track orders and contracts. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the correct delivery and receipt of goods.

- Communicate with export related authorities, and customers and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities.

- Communicate/correspond with overseas agents and clients in a timely manner. To include pre alert, rate requests, shipment status.

- Track shipments and update customers/agents of status.

- Create and maintain customer files.

- Customer invoicing and payable approval.

- Audit files to ensure accuracy and completion.

- Interaction with coworkers in a professional and courteous manner.

- Operational Systems entry and documentation.

- Assist other departments/divisions as needed, or when requested by department or branch manager.

- At least 03 years of experience or more in the position of Specialist in charge of export and import documents in large-scale commercial and manufacturing enterprises (preferably in the agricultural - rice industry)

- Understanding import and export operations, customs clearance and logistics

- Be fluent in English, have a Toeic certificate of at least 650 points or equivalent

- Proficient in office informatics and related operations.

- Communication skills, working with foreign partners.

- Teamwork skill

- Have a university degree
