- Perform internal accounting operations
- Manage contracts with customers
- Make payments for company expenses
- Coordinate with departments in the company to actually manage cash and bank accounts
- Make statistical reports, weekly and monthly reports to superiors
- Other duties assigned by superiors
- Coordinate and support other HRs to compete the general projects.
- Coordinate and support Admin team, Admin-HR service: together with expansion of AGS Group, admin tasks will also increase.
- Support other operations under direction of AGS Group.
- Support and coordinate with others to conduct new tasks of AGS.
- Support and coordinate reception, admin tasks and purchasing.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate, majoring in accounting
- No experience required
- Have knowledge and experience in using software MISA, FAST
