Investment Director (3000-4000$)

This is business focuses on investment & trading.
This business will have the effective support from Stavian Group especially Opec Plastics with worldwide branches, 15+ years of polymer trading, wide range of network, visionary leaders and skillful staffs.
Investment Director will work in Hanoi. Applicants are required to have 5-10 years of experience in consulting or investing or operating in similar projects (including business enterprises, consulting units, banking units).
Vietnamese candidates, competitive salary. Applicants may propose suitable income package.

Applicants are required to perform leadership roles in aspects of the investment cycle
- Be responsible for formulating plans, controlling project performance.
-  Have active relationships in the industry or be willing to establish new relationships to deploy business activities effectively.
- Work with the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors of the partner business and related units to build relationships and reputation throughout the implementation of investment and trading activities.
- Assess investment opportunities through working with Consulting agent in directing market analysis, management evaluation, business model analysis, positioning competitive advantages, as well as functions related to investment evaluation
- Understand transaction processes including capital and financial structure, tax structure, legal documents, operational procedures and related activities.
- Coordinate the operation of internal investment processes including project management leaders and related personnel.
- Lead and motivate subordinates to develop employees to create a productive and effective team
- Present report clearly and timely for BOD of the Group and prepare proposal for any requirements from BOD
- Provide general evaluation of the whole team
- Other tasks as assigned of General Director

- Master degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Law
- Male is preference, 35-45 years old
- Proficient in English
- Candidate with project management senior level in consulting, investment capital, investment department of international or local bank with relevant product experience is a plus
- Outstanding project management skill set
- Have experience and good network in the industry
- Candidates are required to have 5-10 years in the same position, in-deepth understanding in finance, analytical skills and business models
- Straight, energetic, agile, responsible and result-oriented  are required characters
