• Communicate directly with the Japanese to determine the requirements of the software development project in the company.
• Learn, interpret / translate for terminology used in IT industry. Translate project specification documents.
• Read the requirements of the project and pass it on to the development team.
• Meet online meeting with the development team in Vietnam and the development team in Japan to discuss job content, technical solutions, and how to proceed with the project.
• Support project management such as progress management, development process management. Support software quality testing team to ask / answer questions with customers during product testing. Report to the customer and the manager.

• Japanese level N2 or equivalent or higher
• At least 3 years of experience in interpreting and translating with IT
• The ability to process information and identify problems quickly
• Good communicated ability
• High sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit
• Capable of providing ideas to improve work quality with managers

• Salary range: $850-$1500. Performance review twice a year
• 13th month salary based on the business performance.
