  • We are looking for IT Help Desk working in our office in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City. We are looking for a competent Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
  • An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to successful acquire customers confident.
  • The goal is to create value for internal clients that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Follow-up and update internal customer status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by internal customers to the appropriate team/Department
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Yêu cầu ứng viên


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or any relevant fields;
  • Nice to have Cisco and/or Linux certifications.


  • 02 years of experience with IT Help Desk;
  • Basic User & Group Active Directory;
  • Strong knowledge of Ubuntu/Debian configuration, application and services; Experienced in configuration, setup TCP/IP, VLAN, switching, routing and wireless;  
  • Experienced in hardware troubleshooting for Intel NUC & laptop;
  • Knowledge of desktop operating system: Linux, Windows desktop and Mac OS; 
  • Knowledge of virtualization system: VMware, Docker;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Self-study and self-learning on new technology and willing to improve on technical skills;
  • Good customer relation skills, team building, ability to work independently, articulate in written and verbal forms;
  • Good problem solving, analytical and evaluative skills;
  • Passion for technology is a must;
  • Intermediate communication in English & fluent communication in Vietnamese;
  • Must have a positive attitude, be hard working and honest.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001-27001 (A plus)
