IT Helpdesk & System Engineer

• Administration of intranet systems, Internet of the company

• Maintenance of computer equipment, printers, UPS and internet equipment

• Installation, configuration and administration of server systems Windows, Linux, LAN / Wifi, WAN connecting branch offices

• Install office application software and anti-virus / spam / malware tools

• Establishing, operating and managing information systems according to the process

• Monitoring the network, preventing attacks, ensuring information security

• Report operation, management, maintenance, troubleshooting and support requirements

• Directly involved in the implementation of contracts / projects on information security when assigned

• Exchange information and technical solutions with a supplier's technical specialist.

• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.

• Experience in Microsoft Windows, Office, Linux system.

• Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.

• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to think critically.

• Good communication, interpersonal skills.
