- Tech and non-tech recruitment upon request of company
- Receive recruitment requirements, analyze requirements to write appropriate job descriptions
- Search and screen CV, evaluate and select the candidates that match the recruitment requirements
- Organize the implementation of interview processes according to the company's regulations
- Join external communication, job posting and employer branding activities of FPT Software
- Recruitment report per month/week
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2+ year of experience in recruitment, especially in IT/Software industry
- Have a large human resources database (especially in the IT industry), proficient in using social networks for recruitment like Facebook, Linkedin,...
- Good appearance
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Good command of English
- Willing to work for a long time
