o Conduct market research for our target markets to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
o Conduct Competition research and other market analysis on demand;
o Actively prospecting and Lead generation; build customer database;
o Manage social channels: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn;
o Liaise with Sales Director to develop specific sales & marketing strategies;
o Manage website content, blog posts and monthly Newsletter;
o Develop effective Sales & marketing collaterals.
o Approach IT leads via multiple channels (Email, Social connects, Ad campaigns, etc.);
o Take part in Business networking and talk shows;
o Support the business activities with the Sales Director for the parts related to customer relations, profiles, work progress, relations, bidding/proposals.
o Event-based customer service
o Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
o Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
o Perform other tasks as required.

• Fluent English communication – excellent verbal and written skills
• Bachelor’s degree; candidates having technology background or knowledge preferred;
• Experience in selling IT outsourcing would be an advantage;
• Ability to contribute to the company profits; take initiatives in approaching clients and expanding customer base;
• Highly organized with exceptional verbal communication skills;
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques;
• Ability to think logically under great pressure;
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques;
