In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring customer success and happiness- You will ensure the solutions we build for Clients are working properly, walk them through setup and training, and gather any feedback or complaints.
You will act as the first line of defense for our developer team, to ensure they understand problems which occur and effectively resolve and deploy fixes.
You will help diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, applications, network and system issues.
Job Scope includes:
Preparing user manuals and videos
On-boarding Clients + Guiding Clients through Product Setup
Remoting into Clients' machines/accounts to extract required log files for further investigation
Recording Customer complaints/issues and escalating where needed
Checking Server health
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's technologies, process and teams
Yêu cầu ứng viên
-Work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Technical Project Manager or Software Engineer
-Experience in remote machine management tools like TeamViewer, Pulseway, AirDroid, or other similar tools
-Experience in cloud-based solutions and Windows-based hardware.
-As we build numerous custom solutions and products, you should be comfortable learning about different types of tech solutions.
-Ability to understand business and customer requirements, prioritizing issues and escalating as required
-Good analytical skills when reviewing data sets and customer logs.
-Strong communication skills with ability to adapt to communicating with different parties such as clients, developers and infrastructure team members, across different time zones.
-Resourceful, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
-Knowledge of the software development life cycle is an asset.
-Previous experience working with development teams is an asset.
-High level of English communication expertise
