• Manage and supervise Team IT Helpdesk / Support tasks for end-user including:
- Identify, diagnose, and solve problems of users of personal computers, computer software and hardware, networks, internet, e-mail, dial-in, network access issues; and printer problems, copy, fax, phone, camera ...
- Provides installation assistance, configuration for users about desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Operating and maintaining server system, LAN, WAN.
- Maintenance and repair of computer hardware, PC equipment and peripherals
- Install intranets, cabling and devices such as network cards, hubs and switches.
- Support and guide users to handle IT related issues.
• Managing risks, diagnosing incidents, proposing and deploying timely or contingent handling plans to minimize possible risks
• Research and propose new technologies and techniques to improve Team's work
• Responsible for the team's progress and results, report the progress of the team members
• Training, guiding to develop professional competence of Team
- Coordinate with departments in the implementation of IT systems, capture requirements and handle quickly
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from college upward IT industry
• Experience in IT helpdesk for 4 years or more including at least 01 year in a managerial position
• Know the network system, hardware, software and installation deployment tasks
• In-depth knowledge: Knowledge of Windows, Linux, computer assembly, network
• Having CCNA, MCSA certificate is an advantage
• Good team management skills and research skills
• Good conversational English
