• Responding to US customer inquiries via channels: Email, Live Chat, Call Center, Payment gateway, Socical Network…
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales/ payment to customer service problems (order cancelling/ refund/ fulfillment process)
• Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
• Update service tickets according to standard operating procedures
• Actively introduce to customers the discount programs, promotions ... to upsell
• Other duties as assigned
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree major of Foreign Trade/ English language/ International Economics
• Proficient in English listening, verbal and written communication skills. IELTS 6.5+ Or TOEIC 800+
• Proactive, patient, responsible and detailed-oriented, high ability to work under pressure
• 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, customer service support.
