- Contract: Duly checking and sending to customers
- Payment: Checking LC application/draft, pushing for on-time payment, constant updating payment situation.
- Document: Sending copy document to customers, checking and updating DHL number for original document.
- Claiming from customers (quality, delay in shipment, S Line charges,…)
- Informing/discussing with team members, feedback to customers asap.
- Supporting tasks:
- Data analysis: Synthetic import data for monthly report and when requested.
- Constant updating team members new feedback/requests of customers, potential troubles.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Can work overtime
- University Degree
- English basic speaking, Japanese as a plus
- Good English writing and translation
- 1 year admin experience is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Supportive attitude
