• Support CFO to ensure effective accounting systems are developed, implemented and maintained in accordance with Vietnamese Standard Accounting;
• Support CFO to ensure effective accounting system by organizing and filling accounting documentations in professional manner;
• Work consultatively with the respective departments and control revenue, expenses
• Prepare financial reports, accounting reports and report to CFO
• Assist, prepare report, provide document for internal, external audit and tax department when required
• Assisting monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements;
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts;
• Prepare analysis of accounts as requested;
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts;
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures;
• Checking accounting documents to ensure that they are correct, legally and valid.
• Provide instructions to junior staffs in Accounting team and other departments on tax, accounting and custom procedures;
• Check, follow and record lease contract;
• Get payroll report from HR and make accounting transactions into system;
• Use Kiu ERP software system to support accounting

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): good English; be able to use accounting software Bravo/FAST/ MISA skillfully; have experience in using SAP, Orcale, Quickbook, Odoo...is an advantage; have knowledge about HR and CRM is an advantage, Reporting Skills
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staff/Team Leader specializing in Finance - General Accounting or equivalent.
• Candidate who is active, flexible and able to do multi-task is an advantage
