Kế Toán Trưởng (Chief Accountant)

- Manage general ledger and accounts for startup company

- Manage company bank accounts and monthly reconciliations and transactions (50 transactions monthly and increasing)

- Ensuring accurate and complete recording of all accounting entries and timely submission of Financial statements

- Manage Vietnam based financial and regulatory reporting requirements

- Assist with monthly consolidations, management reporting, and cash flow planning

- Be hands on for all areas of accounting side of business and not just high level, the successful candidate will have to be willing to perform day to day accounting requirements for both Vietnam (accounts, payroll and management financial reporting) & the company's Australian business (accounts receivable, customer payments, credit returns and other reporting)

- Candidates with 5+ years of working experience in accounting in general accountant/chief accountant position at international organizations

- Have experienced in implementing accounting software & procedures and internal process control for Vietnam

- Obtain a Chief Accountant certificate

- Excellent English skills to communicate and get training from the Australian accounting team

- Having experience in using Accounting software system is a big plus

- Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions when faced with challenges
