Leader Digital Marketing

We are currently looking for a senior talent to lead the Ad Operation team for CocCoc. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to day campaigns & projects’ operation for CocCoc. This includes communicate with sales, control budget pacing, finish report and analytics projects’ performance. You also need to train your team to improve at performance campaigns and SEM knowledge, doing execution and analytics skill. QC the delivery of your underlines. Support Performance Director to grow new business.

In this role, your goals will be;

In three months:

• Understand client business and have clarify road map for how to operate your projects.
•  Built relationships across both internal and external stakeholders who will ultimately enable you to excel in your role
• Independent to finish regular reporting, proposal and communicate with client for daily operation

• In six months:
• Ability to independent manage performance projects with little supervision Ensure your performance campaigns are under control and target KPI
• Work closely with sales team to provide deliverable KPIs
• Support Sales director to finish pitch proposals if needed

In 12 months:

• Lead team to finish performance recommendation
• Lead team to do data analytics and optimization plan
• Familiar with different digital tracking tools
• Build up relationship with sales and other advertising product team
• Gain trust from your internal sales stake holder

What your day job looks like;

Deliver recommendations and proposals that are consistently backed up with analytics, research and historical data

• Propose solutions to solve issues of CocCoc ads systems, how to reaching spending targets including KPI indicators of campaigns according to clients need or internal goals.
• Analyze the market, competitors’ solutions to be able to propose new features for the ads system with aim of assisting clients in tracking and optimizing ads’ performance and delivery
• Monitor, analyze coccoc's advertising system and generate daily analysis reports
• Lead team to finish search proposal, including keywords and ad copy’s creations and programmatic strategy
• Lead team to do data analytics and optimization plan
• Review and adjust the workflow where it is required for Ad-Operations managers, hotline supporters and content writers, Analysis and working coordination process between them and Sales team
• Support Sales team to cultivate client relationship, through in-person meetings, presentations and convince them to trust in advertising system if needed
• Lead and participate in regular meetings with ad-Operations managers and Sales Directors to generate solutions for optimizing ads and increasing spending

• Train your team members for basic campaign set up, monitoring and data analytics’ skill
• Responsible for the hiring and the rational distribution to work with Sales team by verticals (ad-operations, hotline, content writer, analyst positions)
•  Conduct regular evaluation & appraisal performance for your team

• Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in performance marketing
• At least 2 years of experience in leading a team
• Familiar with SEM, programmatic & digital tracking tools
• Experienced with digital media planning and activation across diverse campaigns, strong quantitative skills required
• Effectively communicate information and decisions with the full range of stakeholders involved in a project
• Demonstrating the ability and skill to offer solutions to overcome potential obstacles and challenges
• Present confidently to a range of clients and internal stake holder

• Salary: 1000 - 1500 USD gross ++
