Learning & Development Officer

• Create a vision and road map for L&D which identifies, develops, and maintains appropriate learning for all Sunner.
• Build the competence framework for all job types in the company.
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs from Sunner
•  Build the learning & development strategy for employees
•  Design & implement various learning & development programs companywide, including being an internal trainer.
• Assess & produce monthly reporting about the success of learning & development activity by L&D metrics.
• Ensure all data relating to the learning & development activity of Sunner is accurate and up to date so that effective reporting can inform decisions.
• Monitor and track L&D budget and resource
• Research about new technologies and methodologies in L&D and make continuous improvement in L&D activity in Sun*.

#Your skill & experiences:

•  6 months ~ 3 years experience in a Learning and Development role
• Strong interpersonal skills and people-oriented
• Good critical thinking skill, negotiation skill
• Good facilitation skills
• Experience in working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or working in IT Company is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
