Management Trainee

• Work in different departments to gain perspective, including Production Planning, Purchasing, merchandising, Finance & Accounting, HR & Administration, IT…

• Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business

• Observe experienced employees to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties

• Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, customer service as needed

• Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.

• Fresh graduated or less than 2 years’ experience

• Able to use English or Chinese

• Passionate, logic, hard- working & fast learner

• Motivate toward career growth and learning

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Company and third party executives, managers, and subject matter experts

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access, strong research, presentation development and delivery skills

• Willingness to work in a truly scrappy environment.
