Manager - Media & Communication

- MAJOR FUNCTION:

- Closely coordinate with the  Group’s Public Relations Department and its subsidiaries to outline the long-term strategical plans in creating the outstanding values for MR. 

- Prepare development plans and take responsibilities in successful implementation in relation to MR media activities and Public Relations. 

- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Research and prepare communication plans, implement all communication projects in each development stage.

- Work with media team for proper communications with press agencies and state authorities if required, ensuring information released correctly and sufficiently. Sustain the Company’s positive presence with all social communication channels. 

- Build-up, maintain and develop relationships with media companies and related agencies.

- Develop the plans in response with communication crisis; participate in crisis overcome, prevent/warn any risks may be occurred; 

- Play main role in composing, verification and control contents in publications and images for External Relations and Internal Relations communication. Play main role in composing all documents related to communications, ensuring it’s all clearance and understand ability. 

- Organize and manage Company’s events.

- And other duties if required

- EDUCATION LEVELS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication/Media, Press, Public Relations or related fields.

- At least 5-year experience as a Media Manager or similar.

- Ability to compose and create creative content for dissemination (concept, content).

- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.

- Ability to communicate and nurture long-term relationships with key media influencers.

- English fluency

- Problem solving skills

- Be dynamic, be available to work in challenges and new jobs.

- Being able to work in a team, independently under pressure

- Take the initiative, reliable and responsible; detailed in each part.
