- Develop an annual marketing plan and budget together with the CEO and relevant teams. Manage and track marketing spend budget.
- Develop the total marketing & digital communication strategy.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of all programs and make adjustments based on key findings.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure performance and ROI targets and efficiencies are hit
- Work with internal teams and 3rd party creative agencies to develop content for campaigns, website, landing page and ensure all visuals and copies are concise, compelling, and on-brand.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledgeable on PR Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Brand Reputation, and Communication
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and digital marketing channels in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted users.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Experience in Fintech, the financial company is an advantage
