Marketing Executive at EAERA is responsible for supporting and executing marketing activities across the company’s ecosystem, including technology solutions and products related to Forex CRM, Fintech, Gamification, and future products/services.
This position is suitable for candidates with strong English content writing skills, a clear marketing mindset, a passion for fintech/financial technology, and a desire to grow in an international working environment.
1. Brand Strategy & Planning
- Build and maintain a consistent brand direction, including brand voice, tone of communication, and visual guidelines across all channels.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and track industry trends to propose suitable brand directions for each stage of business growth.
- Participate in strategic planning and coordinate with vendors for brand awareness activities such as partnerships, PR campaigns, and related initiatives.
2. Content Marketing
- Content Planning
- Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly content calendars aligned with business goals and product development stages.
- Collaborate with Product and Business Development teams to identify priority topics, key messages, and channel-based content distribution.
- Monitor, analyze, and report content performance regularly, and propose optimization plans.
- Content Production
- Work closely with the SEO Specialist to produce SEO-friendly English content for blogs, focusing on topics such as Forex CRM, Trading Platforms, Gamification, BFSI, Fintech, and B2B SaaS.
- Create content supporting the product lifecycle, including product updates, use cases, sales materials, and email marketing content.
- Produce and publish content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and adapt long-form content into channel-appropriate posts.
- Design basic visuals for blogs, social media, and campaigns using Canva or similar tools; prepare visual briefs for designers when advanced design support is needed.
- Upload, format, and review content on WordPress, including layout, headings, images, internal links, and formatting before publication.
- Owned Channels Management
- Manage and maintain the company’s owned channels, including websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email channels.
- Ensure content is updated consistently, aligned with brand identity, and tailored to target audiences.
- Track channel performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and follower growth, and propose improvements based on data analysis.

3. Digital Marketing
- Support planning and execution of recurring marketing campaigns, including channel allocation, target audience identification, messaging, and offers for each campaign stage.
- Prepare and produce content for various channels, including Paid Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok), Organic Social (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), Email & CRM, Community platforms (Discord, Telegram), and Affiliate/KOL activities.
4. Internal Communication Support
- Support media production and event setup for internal activities such as workshops, photoshoots, and Year-End Parties.
- Assist in editing and publishing event recap content on appropriate communication channels.
1. Knowledge & Experience
- Have 6 months to 2 years of experience in Content Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or related positions.
- Graduated or currently completing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English Language, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong English writing skills with clear, coherent, and grammatically accurate content suitable for a B2B environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO, including keyword research, search intent, heading structure, meta descriptions, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Having a portfolio, blog samples, or English writing samples is a plus.
2. Skills
- Good English proficiency, especially writing skills, equivalent to B2 level or above.
- Strong research and information synthesis skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand content.
- Strong content mindset with the ability to write for different purposes: educate, inform, promote, or convert.
- Detail-oriented and careful, with the ability to self-review and check for errors before submission.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments such as Product, Design, and Business Development.
- Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools.
- Experience using WordPress, Classic Editor, or other CMS platforms is a plus.
3. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience writing about technology-related topics, especially fintech.
- Experience using or having a basic understanding of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, or Google Analytics.
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset in researching products and market trends.
- Ability to use AI tools to support content creation, image generation, planning, and workflow optimization while still being able to review accuracy and refine outputs when necessary.
