- Prepare the social media strategy for the company, and the marketing plan for new business.
- Manage and execute digital campaigns on all digital platforms, including but not limit within: Display, Video, Social media, Search (SEM/ SEO), Media Data, Content… at advanced level with fast speed.
- Regularly monitor & optimize content, media performance across digital touchpoints.
- Sharing digital data, insight to non-stop build brand equity performance on digital channels, meet targeted KPIs. Proactive collaborate with multiple teams to quickly find solution for raised issues during project duration and build the brand image.
- Work with agency to develop and evaluate all campaign.
- Design and optimize marketing materials to create products for marketing: POSM (Point Of Sales Material), leaflets, backdrops, advertising, ...
- Be in charge of updating company websites, Fan pages, Facebook, LinkedIn and all information related to marketing, events, activities, etc.
- Analysing includes generating questionnaires and ways to get more information: external and internal.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years-experience in marketing (branding & digital)
- Knowledge of brand positioning, brand attribute, brand portrait, consumer segmentation, consumer insight.
- Background in Creative agencies, in content developments
- Demonstrated strategic and tactical skills related to implementation of marketing plan and recommending resources necessary for success Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
- Hard-working and self- accountable, ability to work independently
