We are hiring talents for our marketing team. Please send us your resume if you are interested in the open, healthy and multinational working environment
1. Creating and executing the marketing strategy, in line with the show strategy
2. Planning, coordinating and implementing exhibitor and Hosted Buyer campaigns (on and offline)
3. Working with the data team to analyze and segment customer data and utilize customer insights to determine the most suitable campaign approach
4. Writing and creating targeted copy and collateral for campaigns in accordance with show / portfolio strategies
5. Production of all onsite literature including catalogues
6. Creating and implementing social media campaigns and ensure web content is fit for purpose
7. Planning and implementing promotional / advertising / digital media campaigns
8. Measuring campaign effectiveness and adjusting activity / content accordingly
9. Providing briefings and maintaining and developing relationships with third party suppliers, agencies and media partners
10. Coordinating the registration process
11. Coordinating the development and fulfilment of sponsorship and revenue opportunities
12. Coordinating the development of the event app
13. Controlling costs against budget, raising orders, maintaining invoice records and marketing budget trackers relating to campaigns
14. Working closely with the show manager to ensure buyer and exhibitor recruitment targets are met
15. Measuring marketing KPI’s (e.g. acquisition, conversion, visitation, NPS, match making, retention etc.) to determine marketing performance effectiveness and adapting future plans to incorporate improvements
1. Executing digital marketing strategy under the guidance of Marketing Manager
2. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns in accordance with strategy from Marketing Manager
3. Manage and maintain shows’ websites
4. Make sure all website contents and elements are up-to-date, relevant, and active
5. Coordinate with related teams to have necessary contents and elements onto the websites and social media
6. Post the content on social media, track and answer any comments needed to be answered
7. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide internal reports using tools like Google Analytics
8. Plan, develop keywords, and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns as guided by Marketing Manager
9. Coordinate with related teams to produce EDM and schedule and distribute to the subscriber list as guided by Marketing Manager
10. Preparing the data required to create and implement the agreed campaigns and communications
11. Coordinate with Marketing Operations team to implement and promote other digital initiatives
12. Organize social media follower activities
13. Budget administration relating to obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders, maintaining invoice records and updating marketing budget trackers
14. Collating data and producing reports to assist the Marketing Manager in measuring marketing effectiveness
15. Follow digital trends and share with Marketing and Marketing Operations teams
16. Able to write content for the websites and social media; e.g. Facebook, Zalo, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn as well as Electronic Direct Mails (EDM)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1.Solid experience in all aspects of marketing strategy and execution, both online and offline
2. Good database management skills
3. Excellent copy-writing and verbal communication skills
4. Creative style, innovative and willing to try new approaches
5. Strong time and project management skills
6. Good multi-tasking skills and ability to priorities
7. Ability to meet deadlines within budget and under pressure
8. Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
9. Proactive approach to problem solving
10. Confident, self-starter
11. Experience in publishing / events / exhibitions would be an advantage
1. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent 3 – 5 years of work experiences in the digital marketing field.
2. Experienced in all aspects of digital marketing execution and administration, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, EDM campaigns, SEO, etc.
3. Strong writing, both business and commercial, and verbal communications skills in both Vietnamese and English
4. Strong time management and organizational skills
5. Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure to deadlines
6. Accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with data
7. Proactive approach to problem solving
8. Confident, self-starter
9. Willingness to learn
