Marketing Manager

Manage and control all marketing and PR works in NHO, including:

• Manage marketing project to achieve expected communication effectiveness;

• Work closely with Event, PR, Online Marketing and Design teams to ensure smooth implementation and marketing strategies;

• Come up with proper and accurate marketing strategies that emphasize and empower N.H.O’s brands in general and specific projects;

• Implement creative marketing strategies and suggest creative marketing materials to create a better awareness for product and brand; Develop and implement the appropriate strategies for new products and services;

• Brand management to ensure consistent image in all marketing activities;

• Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, brochure, newsletters, e-newsletters and TVCs;

• Manage & develop the partnership program with strategic partners;

• Research and analyze market trend and customer behavior preferences;

• Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans;

• Liaise with designers, printing houses and arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials;

• Provide direction, guidance to the Sales & Marketing Departments to ensure the alignment with the Company’s strategies;

• Kick-start and coordinate the action plans to penetrate new markets;

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising and Communications or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing in Real Estate industry - developers

• Real estate market knowledge, Understanding about the products and branding in real estate.

• Excellent in writing and editing skill.

• Strong media networking and relationship.

• Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical.
