- Building, planning marketing, implementing the strategic direction of Adsota company.
- Managing & taking in charge of all activities of the Marketing Department, assigning and managing department' KPI.
- Organizing writing and publishing media articles for Pr campaigns of Adsota and AppotaX
- Building content and executing events according to each campaign (Adsota, AppotaX)
- Building a Brand Identity Planning System and organizing the implementation
- Building and publishing market report of Adsota (Adsota Report)
- Organizing periodic surveys of events, market reports and customer feedback
- Building and maintaining a cooperative relationship with the media, press, organizations and partners related to marketing activities of the Company.
- Managing and developing marketing staff: recruiting, training; Evaluating employee periodically, providing timely feedback on the results of staff work; Developing and monitoring the implementation of the personal development plan.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience in the field of Online Marketing, preferably with experience as Leader / Manager.
- Master Digital Marketing Strategy framework, capable of planning (Logical thinking), data analysis and KPI.
- Knowledge of branding, event (planning and operation), inbound marketing content,
- Understanding mobile ads, digital ads are advantages
- Ability of thinking, creativeness and acumen.
- Good command of English (in reading and writing)
