Middle Tester/QC (Nhân viên kiểm thử phần mềm)

• Working with product owner to clarify requirements and what need to be tested.
• Preparing testing plan, including test cases and checklist.
• Execute testing activities, for both general and exploratory approach.
• Report and follow fixing activity, to control the product quality before deadline.
• Be responsible for product quality at all time.

• 1.5 - 3 years experience working in QC role, or related position with equivalent experience
• Testing experience, especially in functional testing
• Test automation experience
• Familiar with general testing tools, e.g. reporting and test management tools
• Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritize and manage multiple activities to deliver services to meet business expectations
• Good communication, ability to explain technical issues in an understandable way
• Proactiveness, actively taking the initiative in daily tasks, think along the same way as the team
• Strong team-working skills, ability to work efficiently with others to reach a common goal
• Willing and open to contribute to the enhancement of the working processes.
• Reading and writing in English is a must.
