• Perform and check the daily attendance and monthly salary and bonus
• Check and verify welfare documents submitted by Company employees for monthly payment.
• Check, verify and prepare monthly reports on Company employees' annual leave and overtime Insurance
• Report monthly data and Insurance contributions to the local Social Insurance Department.
• Update, adjust and register employee's personal insurance information with the local Insurance Department monthly.
• Finalize the Insurance Fund with the Financial & Accounting Department • Verify medical records and claim insurance allowances and accident/ disease compensation benefits to relevant employees.
• Implement procedures for issuing Health Insurance cards, Social Insurance books and posting the monthly/ annual payment process for employees. • Verify and manage information and data related to Insurance, Retirement, Accident Compensation, disease.
• Make periodic reports related to Social Insurance as required by the Government.
Training, Employees Relation,... - 50%
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form • Undertake tasks around performance management
• Enhance job satisfaction by assist in resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree or higher in Accounting, Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 2 years related experience in compensation and benefits administration in multi-national companies.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and applicable legal knowledge
• Ability to work at all levels of the organization
• Ability to build effective business relationships
• Strong organizational skills of day-to-day tasks
• Results oriented
• Demonstrated experience of balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
