Our store is where the ultimate experience of VUI comes to life, and our sales associates are responsible for delivering services that are pleasant, distinctive, and memorable to our customers. Working in a contemporary environment, VUI sales associates must possess great knowledge of VUI products while remaining up-to-date with popular trends. Your individual responsibilities may include demonstrating outstanding communication and sell skills, keeping the sales floor neat and orderly, and organizing stock areas. The abilities to follow directions and make sound decisions also represent major requirements for employment consideration.

Responsibilities

Greet and make a connection with customers, making enquiries and listening to their needs, then giving advice on VUI products to meet those needs
Inspire customers to buy, celebrate the purchase and make a lasting positive experience of you, VUI and our products
Maintain selling floor presentations, and restock them as needed
Follow VUI’s systems and procedures, make appropriate contribution and support to improve overall efficiency
Meet personal sales goals
Maintain professional attitude and courteous behavior, demonstrate sincerity and enthusiasm, representing VUI’s commitment to excellent customer services
Develop a deep knowledge of VUI products, attend training classes and participate in product development
Maintain good housekeeping standards
Perform other duties as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, being attentive to customers while remaining flexible to other business needs
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
