***Establish Customer Support Practices:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
***Ensure Customer Satisfaction:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Be able to work in a dynamic environment.
- 1 year experience in customer services or related fields
- Knowledge of customer service practices
- Have communicative English
- Have experience working in cosmetic or beauty industry is a plus
