- Handle customers' requests, complaints relating to transport services.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers (if needed).
- Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service in e-Logistics or Express.
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to accommodate shifting schedule.
