• Be in charge of payment for all administrative costs.
• Support annual asset inventory & liquidation procedure.
• Organize company’s events/activities.
• Be in charge of Admin Section's timekeeping, stationery, sanitary materials.
• Support in notarizing & translating documents.
• Other tasks assigned by Upper Managers.
• Education: Bachelor degree, any filed (major in Business Administration is a plus).
• Experiences: at least 1 year in related field is prefer.
• Good at English ( speaking, writing, listening, reading).
• Good at MS Office, Outlook.
• Soft skills: Problem - solving skill, Negotiation skill, Logical thinking skill, Decision making skill.
• Ready to work out-door, honesty, enthusiasm, activeness.
