- Purchase material for office: stationery, equipment, office machines, uniform, protector labor…
- Do request payment expense: telephone, taxi, electricity, express, water, operation fee…
- Arrangement transportation, accommodation, ticket, hotel and support welcome, pickup guest, logistic for meeting…
- Management cleaner, control car, meal, drink, fleet, express service, update telephone list.
- In charge of work permit, residence card for Foreigner.
- Implementation attendance record, follow up information of employee’s annual leave, paid/ unpaid leave, sick leave, child sick leave…
- Recruitment: advertise for recruitment, collect, choose CV, arrange interview, invite letter interview, sending offer letter.
- Follow labor contract, calculate salary, welfare and benefits, following company rules.
- In charge of social insurance, medical insurance and unemployment insurance
- Responsible for initial training for new comer, looking for training opportunities for all employees.
- Keep cash and control cash in/out
- Prepare reports to Authority related to HR, Environment, Chemical safety, fire fighting….
- Assist Admin & Accounting Manager in other job.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Female age 25-35 years old (Staff from Hanoi or Bac Ninh will be preferred).
- College/University graduated.
- At least 02 years’ experience in Admin, HR
- Enthusiastic, motivate, creative
- Result oriented
- Travel willing, good communication
- Good looking
- English skill: Average
